    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

    Good news! we have improved our Stripe implementation and this functionality will be released on April 8th. Here will be the new flow on the Direct Booking Site for properties set with a 0% reservation deposit:

    1. Guest books and enters their credit card (no payment upfront)
    2. Balance is automatically charged on the due date
    3. If the charge fails → 📧 A balance due email is sent

    This is fully aligned with our auto-charge of the 2nd payment flow with Stripe.
