  4. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  7. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   8. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

    We are currently looking into this exact implementation where Vrbo will remain the merchant of record for connected PMs. Not that this work has a dependency on Vrbo and the APIs they are planning to provide in 2024 to support this.

  9. In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

  10. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  15. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

  16. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…
