  1. Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.

    I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

  3. My booking widget is attached to different websites. I want to know which website the booking has come from (where the booking calendar widget is) so I can provide different commission rates to different websites.

    At the moment, the website source is only visible when leads arrive to dashboard page, it's hard for us to check how many bookings are there.

  4. We do not allow Saturday check ins and we are trying to use the booking widget - However, it looks like our Saturdays are blocked off of our calendar, which will be a deterrent to guests from even trying to book.

    It’s not about the ability to block certain days, but on how it’s displayed on the booking widget to avoid the misconception that the days are “booked” already.

    For example. on Airbnb booking widget UI,

    • Strikestrough days=booked,
    • Greyed out= unavailable from host,
    • Bold black= available

    In Hostfully widget, all unavailable dates are greyed out, regardless of the reasons (booked,…

  7. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…

  9. I would like to be able to do all these pipeline actions on bookings/inquiries in the Calendar rather than needing to move to the Pipeline to complete these tasks:
    - Mark as booked
    - Mark as paid
    - Place on hold / extend hold / revoke hold
    - Close lead
    - Cancel booking
    - Re-open (a closed lead)
    - Record a payment

  10. Ability to add Custom Rules from VRBO. There is a Custom Rules Section in VRBO and we can put it there but Hostfully overrides that. We want a way for the Custom Rules not to be overridden by Hostfully in VRBO.

  11. It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  16. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  20. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?
