Customizable date range for Analytics page
in the first version of the Analytics page, the date ranges are preset and cannot be customized for performance reasons. I want to be able to select a custom range.

Publishing multi-unit properties on Google, Trivago, Expedia
So I currently also manage a hotel. So the multi unit feature is a potential fit.
The current platform I use (cloudbeds) has a feature that allows me to advertise on metasearch on platforms like Google, Expedia, etc where people can see the actual pricing when they search and I can show up as an ad
3 votesThe platform currently supports multi-unit property publishing on Airbnb, Booking.com and direct. We are planning to allow multi-unit property publishing next on Vrbo, then Google, HVMI. The other channels (Expedia, Trivago etc) should follow shortly after.

Support cancellation policy at property level for Booking.com.
The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

Allow multiple logins on mobile app
Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

Quickly switch from Calendar to Pipeline
When viewing a booking in Calendar, I want to have a button to direct to that booking in Pipeline so I can take Pipeline actions like "Send payment reminder" without having to open Pipeline and teaching for the booking again.

Ability to cancel a booking directly from Calendar
When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.
And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

Photo Gallery Tile Display for Selecting Photos
It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.
Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.
*Even better would be if…

Custom cancellation policy for Booking.com
We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.
6 votesThe cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

Apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL and not the subtotal
I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.
For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

Able to delete the common space on property setting
Each time, I want to delete the common space, I have contacted CS to delete it from back end. I want to have the option to delete the common space on the property setting UI directly.

Ability to suggest automatic replies to common guest questions
If we had a bot in guidebooks or messaging we could have instant answers to:
Can I check in early?
Can I check out late?
Do you provide coffee?

Modification of scheduled messages
On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.
