  2. in the first version of the Analytics page, the date ranges are preset and cannot be customized for performance reasons. I want to be able to select a custom range.

  5. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

  6. When I mapped the fees with "Air-conditioning fee" with Airbnb channel, it results in the error "This fee type cannot be defined as online fee."

    It's said that offline fees are not supported at the moment. I would like to map offline fees with Airbnb

  7. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  8. If we had a bot in guidebooks or messaging we could have instant answers to:
    Can I check in early?
    Can I check out late?
    Do you provide coffee?
    etc.

  9. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  11. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

  12. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

    We are currently looking into this exact implementation where Vrbo will remain the merchant of record for connected PMs. Not that this work has a dependency on Vrbo and the APIs they are planning to provide in 2024 to support this.

  13. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   15. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

  16. As PM with no access to the main host account but only the co-host account to send messages from the Airbnb app, I'd like these messages to show up in Hostfully Inbox as well

    It occurs that many PMs don't have access to the main host account (it belongs to the owner for example). So they communicate and manage reservations as a co-host.

    If Hostfully Inbox doesn't import co-host's messages, I'll need to go back and forth between Hostfully Inbox and Airbnb messages which is time-consuming.

  17. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…
