  2. in the first version of the Analytics page, the date ranges are preset and cannot be customized for performance reasons. I want to be able to select a custom range.

  6. The issue is new property on Booking.com requires no prepayment and full refund policy until they clarify the listing so changing it from Channel level will affect all other listings. Really inconvenient.

  7. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  8. I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.

    For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

  10. We use Stripe. Booking.com (BDC) payment timeline depends on the cancellation policy. I want to add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for BDC to allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

    The cancellation policy for BCOM is currently set on the channel detail page for all properties. You will soon be able to set it on the property detail page, thus choosing a potentially different cancellation policy for each property.

  11. If we had a bot in guidebooks or messaging we could have instant answers to:
    Can I check in early?
    Can I check out late?
    Do you provide coffee?
    etc.

  12. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

    *Even better would be if…

  14. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  15. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name. The turnover management coding and design could use an all around glowup. The system as it is seems…

  17. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

    We are currently looking into this exact implementation where Vrbo will remain the merchant of record for connected PMs. Not that this work has a dependency on Vrbo and the APIs they are planning to provide in 2024 to support this.

  18. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.
