White label hostfully logo in SMS and whatsapp messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Show examples of the prices from Booking .con and Airbnb when the guest is booking, this shows the guest is getting a better deal when booking directly.

Security - Add support for passkeys
Passkeys are the newest and strongest form of passwordless authentication, built on the WebAuthn/FIDO2 standards. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

Easily switch to the next and previous photo when click on a specific photo in Photos tab
It would be very very better if there's an arrow on both sides of the picture. So we don't need to close the tab and click the next photo.
It would be better to just click forward or click backward.

Require Channel Partners to Get Approval Before Offering Extra Promotions
My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

More flexibility in defining Pre-Arrival Forms
Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…2 votes -
We need the ability to filter more than one property on the analytics page
Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

Collect digital signatures Rental agreement
Pm provide us with the followibn details on their idea>
Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.
For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

Separate Inbox thread per booking for Booking.com and Vrbo guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox separates the guest's messaging thread per booking for Airbnb and Hostfully channels only. We would like this feature to work with other channels like Booking.com or Vrbo as well, so that it won't cause confusion.
1 voteGreat news! Hostfully now separates the Inbox message thread per booking for Vrbo. This means, when a Vrbo guest re-books your listing, a new message thread will be created so that the guest or you won't be confused with old messages from the past booking.

Inbox - extra guest
It would be helpful to have the ability to add additional guests to the communication thread. Currently, only the primary guest receives messages, which means hosts must rely on them to relay information. Allowing multiple guests to be included would improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and enhance the guest experience. This feature would be especially useful for group bookings or situations where multiple guests are involved in trip planning.

Export number of messages sent/received per property
It would be helpful to have a way to extract or report on the number of messages sent and received for a specific property. This would allow us to better track communication volume and workload across our listings. Ideally, this data could be filtered by property and time range, and made available for export.

Ability to customize name of order adjustment so it can be pulled separately in report
This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.
