  1. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  2. Currently, BDC commission is only tied to the transaction level and the transaction must be processed by a payment processor. This means that reservations paid through payment by booking.com (PBB) or outside of the Hostfully system and manually entered into PMP will not show the commission in the report. I am requesting that the BDC commission be based on the lead level, so that it is always present regardless of payment status or method.

  3. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.

  4. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  5. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  8. The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.

    Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

  11. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  15. This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

  18. I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.

  20. Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.
