  1. Make all sections of a listing page as moveable widgets so that an operator/manager can decide how to order the information on public listing page. This will greatly improve marketability and ensure that the information that guests find most important is closest to the top. For instance, after "Description" should come "The Space," "The Neighborhood," and then "Other Things to Note" far below the fold -- closer to the House Rules Section.

  2. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  3. Could you add the new column showing the total number of bedrooms on each listings to the report?

    We need to conduct an internal analysis on the performance of each property according to their typology (studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, etc.) in order to define different commissions based on the property type. I believe this is the only way to determine it.

  4. Right now, the only credit card information asked on the current payment processor work flow is card number, CVC and expiration date. Anyone with a stolen credit card can use this to pay and we have seen an increase in fraud chargebacks.

    We are requesting to add additional required fields in the payment page such as billing zip code, billing address, and card name to help filter out some fraud purchases.

  5. Hey,

    We have access to a webhook which tells us when dates are blocked out but there isn't one for when the dates are removed.

    We currently use the webhoooks to be notified of new/cancelled bookings and new blocked dates. Our internal system gets updated with the dates but once the blocked dates are removed our systems do not get notified of this change.

    It would be great if it could register an update to the webhook "BOOKING_CANCELLED" or even have a new one that we can set up.

  6. Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
    I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please

  7. I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

  8. Integrate with Swimply, a pool rental app for hourly rentals that would sync with the STR calendar. For those of us who have properties with pools, this could be a great way to capture hourly rentals just for the pool.

  10. As a VRM, I would like to get a notification when guests request a hold from my Quote sent.

    At the moment, when they request a hold, it only directs guests to Hold confirmation page and the status is updated on my Pipeline page, calendar is blocked without notice.

When writing an email from the inbox, I miss having a tool box where I can add our signature + logo, or simply put characters in bold, italic, underline... add a link, etc. It would be great also to be able to add variable that automatically translates into the related data within the mail body.
    We have tool box (not consistently I've seen) when creating or editing a template, so why not when writing from the inbox?

  12. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

  14. I would like property custom datas (amount, numbers, or any type of info) to be pushed to enhanced reports, within the property fields.
    For instance, while I don't want to add a linen fee in the price (because it is included in the cleaning fee), I need the linen fee to appear for each reservation in the report in order to calculate the owner income (Our linen fee is not per guest, the fee depends on the property beds number).

  15. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

  17. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  18. Pre-Arrival form captures guests and sub guest information. I would like to have access to my guest as well as the people that came with them and their emails if that was filled in.
    I had to contact Hostfully to provide that information to me. The sub info was left out and needed to be requested each time I wanted the report.

  20. As a VRM I would like to search for threads between the agency and the owner so that I can respond to the thread.

    Right now, I can’t find the Inbox thread with my owners in PMP, even though the thread is visible from the owner portal.
