  2. While looking at the calendar for dates that aren't booked yet, would be nice to be able to toggle some shading for rates/colors. I use it to help adjust my Dynamic Pricing (DPGO for me) to see where I might have a property over/under priced.
    Would be nice to have a few brackets can set the amount and color. 0-200 - Yellow, 201-400 - Green, 400+ Red.

  3. When you add a new team member and give them access to 1 or multiple properties from your inventory, you can then assign a role to them.

    The different roles are as follows:

    • associate
    • booking agent
    • property sales manager
    • manager

    When you assign either of the roles that gives the team member to a specific property and all of its details, this also gives them access to the OWNER tab of the property.

    The owner tab of the property stores personal contact information of the owner of the property and this does not need and should not be visible to…

    1. Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

  4. For organizational purposes, it would be nice to manually select the color of property tags. At present different colors are assigned to new tags, seemingly at random.

    With the ability to color coordinate tags, a manager could quickly see if a tag referred to a location, an amenity, rule, or some other category that they have set internally. This would greatly improve the efficacy of the tag feature.

  5. Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"

    It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"

    It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

  6. At present, the PointCentral integration does not automatically create lock codes for any existing bookings in the Hostfully calendar.

    In order to generate codes, each booking must be manually opened and re-saved. with 44 listings and nearly 1000 open reservations, this is a very arduous task.

    Surely there must be some way to make this integration backward compatible, or at the very least create some kind of master "refresh" button/script that effectively opens and re-saves every reservation in the calendar automatically to accomplish this.

  8. Would be great if the Account Status reflects what we paid for and the date we paid it as well as when our next bill is due. The way it's set up now I can see it moving up and down and that we paid for it annually but it doesn't tell me any of that information.

  11. Integrated partners with VRBO and booking.com are forced to be the merchant of record but also forced to be instabook. This leaves no time to vet your guest. This is a receipt for fraud! The booking lead times should should be able to be set per platform. Moreover, the % due at reservation should also include a category to pay the remaining % "x" days AFTER the RESERVATION is made.

  12. Right now I was told if we want to update owner information I either have to have the owner do it themselves or I have to delete the owner and re-add them. We should be able to update this information as we see fit. Thanks!

  16. As a PM, I want the ability to create different types of blocks for the following reasons:

    Partners such as Key Data can recognize the different blocks and take them into account when analyzing data.

    I can quickly look at the stacked calendar and understand why the calendar is blocked.

    Right now, a PM can create a block and put notes in the block to describe the type of block it is. All blocks show on the calendar as grey. An owner can also create a block from the owner portal. That block shows as blue.

  17. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  18. It isn't clear to me how you can define a parent and child listing in hostfully, but cannot map relationship to remotelock. Currently a parent listing that has two child listings in hostfully cannot integrate seamlessly with remotelock. This is because you can only add a single lock to a listing.

    This feature works when using remotelock with airbnb directly. Meaning, you are able to add multiple locks to a single listing when integrating airbnb to remotelock.

    This is extremely important otherwise, the workaround would be to add one listing and to manually add the other listing on remotelock each…

  19. Expand the Sub Unit system to allow more layers.
    Ex. if you have a property with 4 apartments. each with room for 4 people. Inside the apartments you have 2 bedrooms in each. Each Bedroom can be rented as a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen and each apartment can be rented as a single apartment.

    This is not possible today as you have to choose if you would like to rent out the whole property with 4 apartments as sub units or you want to rent out the 4 apartments with the rooms as sub units.
