  1. Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.
    However, there's no "Contact" filter in the Inbox to help direct us to the correct threads among PM and Owner, Service Provider.

  2. Currently, when a guest submits a booking request, it says that they host has 24 hours to confirm the request.  It would be helpful to have a way to change the number of hours to something like 48 hours for direct booking requests.

  3. I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

  5. When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

  6. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   8. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information

  10. As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].

    At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

  11. Inbox > Toggle guest names on left - when you reach the bottom of the list - you need to scroll up to check the messages.

    My suggestion is - that the list of guest names should have a separate column for browsing up and down and not the page itself. This will give the user an easier view of the new messages or the topmost messages of each guest

  17. If I receive $5000 in rent and charge 20% commission then my agency fee = $1000. I want to be able to make an adjustment to the rent (say a refund of $1000) and then the commission to auto adjust on the report to $800. Right now, i cant use it because the adjustment reflects a a new line item rather than adds or subtracts to rent amount.

  20. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.
