  3. It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.

    Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

  4. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  5. PMs who do not use Hostfully to record expenses would like the ability to completely remove the Owner Adjustment report from the Owner Report, instead of seeing the report with no data.

  6. The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
    I want to have the option to hide it.
    * Feedback: when adding a new "feature" maybe you should give the users options if they WANT to even use this feature instead of just implementing it with no choice.

  7. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

  12. At the time of payment, the client is binding himself by the terms and conditions of the rental agency, not the platform on which the transaction happens (Hostfully). The T&Cs of the agency should be readily available via a link to be visited should the clients want to check. If necessary, Hostfully may also want to display their privacy rules about handling personal and financial data, but this should be presented separately.

  13. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  14. Can we make a system template that is a rental conditions reminder, so it can be sent from the pipeline? Currently, the link can be added the Pre-Arrival from reminder system template, but if the Pre-Arrival form is completed, that it is not possible to send that message from the pipeline anymore.

  17. The new DBS is generating a very long property URL link.

    We need it to be shorter, as a shorter more precise link will not only make it easier to share with others, it is less likely to be considered a fraudulent or spam link, and will also assist with SEO.

  19. Sometimes we need to have guests fill out a form outside of the PAF, and/or Rental Conditions and it would be really useful to be able manually mark that the form has been completed.

    This would also be useful for returning guests to not have to complete again.
    This way, we could not worry about triggers with the condition of having completed the PAF.
