  1. I can cancel, then manual review, then post from there, but it's clunky. I'd like to go through checking reviews and either approving or cancelling them. Then the next time I'm back on the page, I'd like it to be easy to tell which have already been checked so I don't check them again.

  2. To be able to add specific dates to be set as a "firm" cancelation policy. These dates are during the festivals and I would like to set the pricing and rates to be "Firm".

Traveloka is SouthEast Asia's biggest OTA - by adding them as a partner it would benefit all Hostfully users as holiday makers in South East Asia will be able to locate our listings when booking their accommodation for international travel.   6. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that

  7. Our front desk can look at the Hostfully calendar and easily see what units are vacant due to early check outs. It will be quite inconvenient to manually check each reservation to figure out which ones are really occupied.

  8. I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

  10. For all of my messages to a guest, it would be really nice for my signature below to automatically populate. I am able to add a signature area to all of my templates, but it's not an option from the inbox. I think it looks way more professional than just a short response that comes across more like a text message.

  11. I would like to have the option to add a flat fee for a certain number of nights, then have an add-on fee for any additional nights after that.

    We require guests to use Safely for an insurance policy when they stay, but Safely's policy is priced based on the number of nights. We have a flat rate for up to 3 nights then there's a per-night fee after that.

  12. From the various lead views, we can view the message thread, but there is no way to open this in a new window.

    the standard convention is "control-click" on a button will open in a new window but this doesn't work witht he UI widgets employed.

    It's very annoying to have to go to the inbox view then click the browser back button to get back to the calendar or dashboard or pipeline view and then wait for those screens to refresh again.

  18. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  19. We like to block a day after a long-term stay to give us the opprotunity to conduct a full, deep-clean and to address any issues and schedule maintenance.

    Having an "auto" block for each 30+ day stay allows this portion to be automated.
