Open message thread in new window
From the various lead views, we can view the message thread, but there is no way to open this in a new window.
the standard convention is "control-click" on a button will open in a new window but this doesn't work witht he UI widgets employed.
It's very annoying to have to go to the inbox view then click the browser back button to get back to the calendar or dashboard or pipeline view and then wait for those screens to refresh again.
If you insist on disabling the standard browser built in control-click either make these open in a new window (the window label can all be the same so there's on ly one tab for inbox, but it should be different than the one I'm on). or add a setting in the user or agency settings to open these in a new window.
