  1. Create a way for all guests in the part to upload a picture of their ID. Some places require this. It would be great if the pre-arrival form could have that option to upload each guest ID.

    In order to assign an existing owner to a property I can enter his/her email address to connect the property to this owner. However, I always have to know what the email address of the owner is.

    Drop-down to select from existing owners and assign the owner to the property in the property owner tab

  4. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  7. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  8. It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.

    Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.

    I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

  9. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  10. Although VRBO already allows for security deposit collection, having something as well for Airbnb guests would be ideal! Automating a message 1-2 weeks prior to check-in, with a link to an invoice with deposit amount would be sufficient.

    It would be up to hosts to communicate properly with guests to set expectations that this invoice will be coming prior to their arrival.

  12. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

    Also, templates sent to Airbnb and Vrbo sometimes have extra spaces or line breaks where they don't show in the template editor in Hostfully

  13. Currently, users must navigate to individual property calendars and apply individual Check-in and Check-in restrictions for each year.

    However, check-in and check-out restrictions are often applied to holidays, so the need to restrict check-out on 12/25 occurs each year. Hostfully should have the ability to select specific dates (absent year) where check-in and check-out is not feasible. Moreover, specific days of a week/month would address holidays such as Thanksgiving.

  14. Hi there. I'm using Stripe as a payment processor. I have added a Credit card processing fee 4% but it is only applies to RENT but not to all amount like Cleaning fee, taxes or pet fee, etc. I end up paying hundreds of dollars out of my pocket every month plus I receiving questions from the owners.

  15. If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

  16. We have multiple owners on some of our homes, it would be nice to allow all separate access to the homes so if they need to block out dates or make changes we could know who is accessing the site.

  17. When a job is scheduled, Service Provider/Cleaner gets email with option to View, Accept or Decline.
    Currently, only when the Accept option is chosen, will an email generate to give the PM get a notification.

    Can you please add a function so PM's receive an email when a Service Provider "Declines" a job ?
    Why? So PM's can assure the job is assigned or reassigned appropriately. When many properites & jobs scheduled, how do we check declined and unassigned jobs?

    Part 2: Can support add a function /section that displays "Declined and Unassigned jobs?

  18. If owners can create recurring monthly/weekly expenses one time and those are added automatically to the monthly statement and reports for the owners (except when they are manually removed), it will cut down a lot of manual expense adding every month for owners and property managers.
