  1. I am trying to create a simple report for cleaners that will list checkout dates for say the next 4 weeks. This will be automatically sent to the cleaners each week.

    Currently the scheduler only allow for Last week, last month, this week, this month etc. I need forward looking dates e.g, next 4 weeks, next 3 months

  2. It would be valuable to add additional variables the the Review templates we use.

    I manage multiple properties and like to mention in the review how many guests stayed and the name of the property.

    I currently am not using this feature due to this limitation and it was one of the reasons I signed up for Hostfully.

  4. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  6. A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.

    Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.

    Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.

    Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

  8. It would be helpful if each Pricing Period had a different color on the Pricing Periods tab (under Agency Settings). Right now, it just shows one color (I assume it's the color of the person who entered the Pricing Period info).

    Also, it would be nice if you were able to see the details of the Pricing Period (such as name/date) when you mouseover the date on the calendar in Pricing Periods.

    As a side note, I found and reported a glitch where if you delete a Pricing Period you may not be able to create a new one that…

  9. Currently our emails sent to guests list the Company name in big bold letters for example "!@#$.LLC" instead of listing the home they booked.

    This is confusing to the guest and they suspect that it is spam. The emails are disregarded. All email interactions with guests should list the Booked home name.
    So top of the email should list your "Home booked"... not the LLC that the home is under.

  11. Change the minimum stay settings on the property so that when this is updated, the calendar gets automatically updated to these new minimums for the future. The one condition should be that any manually set minimums that are greater than the new minimum stay setting should not be updated, but otherwise they should be.

    I've had a couple situations where I updated the minimum stay on a property from 2 nights to 3 nights, but we still had 2 night bookings come in because I hadn't manually gone into the calendar and updated the minimum stays for future dates.

Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

  16. When running an owner report, the total reflects the entire cost of the reservation. When a guest stays for 2 or more months, Airbnb breaks up your payouts in 30 day increments. I would like to pay may owner's what I actually received for that month. If I pay the entire reservation and the guest cancels mid-stay, I would have to ask for money back from the owner. The Transaction History also accounts for guest resolutions. i.e. charges for damage or refunds for guest inconveniences.

  18. When getting more than 10 listings in a search result on the direct booking sites, the page numbers disappear when you reach the bottom. This makes the user believe there is only 10 listings unless they were to scroll back up to find the 2nd, 3rd or more page tabs of listings.
    Can Hostfully please either insert the page tabs at the bottom of the results or make it and endless scroll for all listings..?

  19. Waivo integration. Waivo is a damage protection product sold by a subsidiary of Loyds of London. It would be great if they could see which reservations paid for the damage protection and charge us behind the scenes for that. This is also a revenue generator for the hosts as we can over charge the damage waiver and collect the difference (guest pays $50 for a $30 damage waiver, host keeps the difference)
