Tax Collected should stay separate in its own column and not added to Agent Due nor Owner Due. It skews Payout to Owner and 1099 for Agent.
Tax is lumped onto either Agent Due or Owner Due. I have to create an Owner Adjustment each month to deduct from owner payout.
If added to Agent Due, then it skews Agent Total and Owners do not understand Agent % and have questions, as well as inaccurate 1099NEC totals at end of the year. Let's leave out Tax Collected from either column or give us the choice to not add it to either.Need more flexibility with Monthly Statements. Enhanced Reports did not address flexibility to Monthly Statements. Thanks!

Collect "Client Information" at direct booking...
When a guest books our home through "Hostfully" or the "Booking Widget" that is integrated in our website, we do not get their Address, city, state, zip of the client... This is important information that is needed as a host. At minimum I would expect this information for the person responsible for the booking.
We don't send the Pre-Arrival form to the guest until just 30 days prior to check-in to obtain the latest information about all guests staying in the home. However, we take bookings in advance several months prior to check in. This should be required information prior…1 vote -
Split Listing based on timeline
List two properties as one and split them at a certain date if not booked? And automate that process.
Example: I just signed a 3br house with a 2br guest house that I would like to list as a single property until 30 days out. At that point both would also be listed individually if it hadn't been booked.
What I am envisioning is having three listings:
1: Both houses listed as one, 5 bedroom property
2: Main house only
3: Guest house only
30+ days out, only Listing #1 would be active.

Make sure all data is loaded property on property settings
So this has happened:
I have opened all properties that we have to change the booking lead time.
When I finished doing all these changes I saved all settings.
But because hostilely didn't loaded the Currency setting when I saved it was changed from GBP to USD
and I got 2 bookings that are now too low of a price because of the wrong currency.
It would be nice to fix this

Right now it's showing only one page at the time, so we properties that are on page 2 are missing all traffic

Dear Hostfully, we'd love to have a more sophisticated internal view for the properties. Please see screenshot of the example here:

Tax Rate is incorrectly applied in Hostfully
Owners must pay taxes on all mandatory fees that are charged to the guest as a condition of the rental. This typically covers all extra charges, such as cleaning fees, pet fees, credit card fees, etc. Refundable damage or security deposits are not taxable.
Currently, Hostfully owns applies tax rate to the gross rent.
This is a huge headache for having to manually adjust applicable taxes.

Adding the "Total Reservation Price WITHOUT The Refundable Security Deposit" when guests are about book directly with you
Adding the "Total Reservation Price WITHOUT The Refundable Security Deposit" when guests are about book directly with you. As of right now guests only see the ENTIRE TOTAL amount including the refundable security deposit but it would be nice for them to know how much they are paying at the end once they get their deposit back, thank you!

Having a reservation number on the guest data will be very useful
My Townhouse is in a resort with a general reception desk. Each guest is required to have a reservation number. This could be easily added as guest data, instead of changing it each time within the check-in section of the guidebook. I can anticipate me forgetting to do so and the incorrect reservation number being sent to the guest.

Customizable turn over days
I would like more control over the turn over days option. I'd like to be able to customize dates to have turnover days not just a blanket option which doesn't allow me to be seen by potential guests. I would like to to be able to open up same day turn overs when I know there is a cleaner available to do such a task.

Option to remove "from" pricing on website and widget
Showing the lowest pricing on our calendar causes many potential guests to get frustrated and abandon booking when their quoted price is higher than that.

Add a variable for total rent paid
It would be nice to have a variable to total rent paid by a guest (prior to fees and taxes) for their stay that we can use in custom templates in which we want to communicate to an owner their total payout from a guest stay.

"Marketplace Only" Guidebook
Upon booking, we'd like to send a "Marketplace Only" version of the guidebook as we encourage guests to purchase items which we can have delivered to their unit before arrival (i.e: wood logs for the fireplace)

Send one owner invitation for all of their properties
When an owner has multiple properties it requires me to send a separate invitation for the owner to claim their account for each property. In this instance the owner has 10 properties. Do they really need to get 10 separate email invitations? Also, do they have a multi-calendar view? (I don't know what they see on their end.)

Create Integration with August Smart Locks
August Smart Locks are quickly becoming the market leader in vacation rental locks. I have these smart locks on all of my properties.
An integration with August would be very advantageous to a lot of hosts.

Defining per-property rate multiplier to be able to add tax on top of the rates before pushing rates to airbnb
Tax rate can be specified in VRBO rates, but airbnb doesn't have such thing (not sure about BDC). There is rate multiplier in Hostfully per channel to add % to the total to make sure total amount in VRBO and airbnb will be the same after including tax. But its not possible to define that rate multiplier per property (Don't necessarily want to collect tax for ALL properties). Looking for some way to add a % on top of the the rates for specific properties based on tax rate.

Have iCal link carry the checkout date
iCal link does not include the check-out date, iCal is associated with the nights that are blocked. That causes the difference between Hostfully and Google calendars, which is not ideal
