Collect "Client Information" at direct booking...
When a guest books our home through "Hostfully" or the "Booking Widget" that is integrated in our website, we do not get their Address, city, state, zip of the client... This is important information that is needed as a host. At minimum I would expect this information for the person responsible for the booking.
We don't send the Pre-Arrival form to the guest until just 30 days prior to check-in to obtain the latest information about all guests staying in the home. However, we take bookings in advance several months prior to check in. This should be required information prior to completing the booking process IMO. At the moment, it's too anonymous.

Once a guest books, they could care less about providing us more info or they do NOT want to communicate at all! These items (ID, email, phone number and address) SHOULD BE MANDATORY WHEN PROVIDING PAYMENT!!!!!

YES, YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!! sometimes this information is critical in us determining if it's a potential problem guest too! Would love all of this information to be mandatory so it can help us properly screen our guests! currently I'm praying that each guest gives us the information and I'm having to hound them to give it to me!

When someone rents a home through Airbnb or VRBO, they have to provide their contact information. Why cant they do the same with us? I can care less about conversions. I care about accurate content when it comes to bilateral contracts. So no, "FUNCTIONALITY DOESNT EXIST". You could make it optional to ask for this information at the point of booking (at least through Hostfully channel). Required ID Verification is something that I know quite a bit of hosts want as well.

If we make too many fields required at the booking it may introduction more friction in the funnel and therefore fewer conversions. Instead, you can create a custom template to send a pre-arrival form when a booking is confirmed. In the form, you can customize it to collect the information that you need
