Split Listing based on timeline
List two properties as one and split them at a certain date if not booked? And automate that process.
Example: I just signed a 3br house with a 2br guest house that I would like to list as a single property until 30 days out. At that point both would also be listed individually if it hadn't been booked.
What I am envisioning is having three listings:
1: Both houses listed as one, 5 bedroom property
2: Main house only
3: Guest house only
30+ days out, only Listing #1 would be active.
0-30 days out, if listing #1 had not been booked, then all three listings would be active. If, at day 15 for example, Listing #1 was booked, then listings #2 and #3 would deactivate because they are no longer available. If, Listing #2 were booked, then Listing #1 would deactivate but #3 would still be active, etc.

Hi Jim! Thanks for your idea. The scenario you've just raised can be achieved via the "Master - Subunit" feature in the system, except the automating part.
You can create a Master listing (5br) then 2 subunits (3br & 2br). Once the 5br is booked, the calendar of the 2 subunits will be blocked. Once one subunit is booked, the calendar of the Master listing will be blocked but that of the other subunit remains available.
For the automating part, we will take it into consideration but we doubt if it is feasible. Property Managers are charged based on the number of listings and if they are created automatically, it could result in the subscription being upgraded automatically.
