Add backward compatibility for PointCentral API
At present, the PointCentral integration does not automatically create lock codes for any existing bookings in the Hostfully calendar.
In order to generate codes, each booking must be manually opened and re-saved. with 44 listings and nearly 1000 open reservations, this is a very arduous task.
Surely there must be some way to make this integration backward compatible, or at the very least create some kind of master "refresh" button/script that effectively opens and re-saves every reservation in the calendar automatically to accomplish this.

When I add a new listing to Point Central I have to turn off the entire connection and then turn it back on. The flaw is that all the listings disconnect when you turn off the connection but you can not see they are disconnected. Therefore overnight the listings disconnect without the hosts knowledge and guests do not get the door codes. This is a massive flaw. At minimum there should be a notification that the connection will be lost on all listings when it is turned off. Furthermore, post reservation confirmed: when we move a guest from one listing to another point central creates a new code for the listing that the guest is moved too. However the previous code from the listing they we moved from is not auto deleted. This is a security risk.
