Allow booking guests to filter properties by amenity
After guest count (i.e. finding a place large enough for their group) the next most important thing to a would-be guest when searching for a property is that it has the amenities they are looking for. Right now, people have no way of knowing which properties have their preferred amenities other than clicking into each property and searching around for it in the listing details or photos. This is painful and makes for a poor experience!
Guests need to be able to filter properties based on amenities. To avoid having that get too unruly, you could start with just the handful of amenities that are most important to guests. In most destination markets, there are specific amenities that drive desirability (e.g. ski in/out in ski markets, hot tubs in mountain markets, lakefront in lake markets, beachfront in beach markets).
