Allow user to make multiple selections per Inbox filter
We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
- Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
- House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
- Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guests
The inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)
