Automated Response Reminder for Unanswered Leads and Messages
I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.
The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).
Customizable Timeframes:
Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).
Notification Options:
The reminder can be sent via email, SMS, or as an in-app notification, depending on the user’s preference.
Reminder Settings:
Users should have the option to enable or disable reminders and configure settings for different types of messages or leads.
Dashboard Integration:
A visual indicator or alert should be present on the dashboard to easily identify unanswered messages or leads requiring attention.
Thread Highlighting:
Threads with messages that have not been responded to should be highlighted in a different color, regardless of whether the message has been opened or not. This visual cue would help users quickly identify and address any outstanding communications.
