  1. At the moment, Hostfully order displays the amount that Airbnb has refunded for cancelled bookings. But there is no transaction records for those Airbnb cancelled bookings, causing it's a bit confused for us.

    If system can add transaction record of amount after Airbnb cancellation refund automatically like for confirmed bookings, it would be helpful.

  4. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...

  5. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  6. We'd like to have the guest details default to our own country and state/province. At the moment every guest's default state/country is California USA, while most of our guests are Canadian and in our state, and we have to make changes to each one before saving a booking.   9. It would be extremely helpful to have an option to automatically cancel unpaid reservations after a defined number of hours. This would help prevent calendar blocks due to unpaid bookings and reduce the need for manual follow-up or cancellations.

  10. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  12. If a guest makes a repeat reservation with the same email address, it would be nice if Hostfully would tag that guest automatically so we know it's a repeat guest. We host hundreds of guests a year so we try to remember names when we see them come through, but we obviously can't recognize every name and tag it

  14. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  15. Apologies if this has already been asked, I couldnt find it.

    Please can we add the filter option in pipeline "property tag". This is extremely helpful in the calendar view (so I can filter my properties by the location tag), and would be extremely helpful in the pipeline view so we can filter out properties by area managers.

    At the moment the manager filter doesn't work (perhaps the way our set up is), but it doesn't filter correctly for us.

  16. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  18. Fee Information: Display all price and fees on all platforms. Minimum requirement is to show platform fee (e.g. OTA commission for Booking.com). A solution like Airbnb's fee breakdown would be good.

    Transactional Costs: Ideally, lead view should list transactional costs as a separate fee under platform commission. If not possible, include in notes section as an alternative. (currently it's only available in order details window)

It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.
