  1. Right now, if you need to send a discount to an airbnb guest in the resolution center, it will not update in your statement in Hostfully. This will cause error in all reporting for the remainder of the month/year. Same if if the guest opts into a fee after they have arrived. We need to be able to manually edit our statement in Hostfully after a guest arrives or departs.

    With v3.x API, quote response is more granular, and netPrice should be what you look for, being non inclusive of tax

  3. We asked for a white label environment and up until now the Favicon we use is only available on the direct booking site. At the owner and guest protal you see the Hostfully Favicon. This is not white labeling.
    This is disturbing.

    The feature is now love. Note that the guest account will not be white-labelled, as guest are almost always booking from different property management companies and as such, their portal will reflect bookings from different sources.

It takes me a very long time to go through the list of Amenities because it isn't alphabetized .... even if no one else wanted it that way, I would love the ability to be able to manage it so I can see it in a way that makes it much faster for me to go through ... also am very confused as to why the "Baby high chair" is listed under "indoor" amenities instead of under the "family" section.   5. I OFTEN have guest confused on our direct booking page "but it said (from) $123 a night, but when I clicked the dates it's $350 a night." *the somehow MISS the "from."

    I answer "Yes- you are seeing the LOWEST pricing (I use Beyond pricing) for a random Sunday or Monday night."

    This error was happening only for accounts that had recently updated a new photo to their properties. We have fixed the issue and the latest version of the App has this resolved.

  7. We are missing inquiries from Airbnb as then you go to inbox, they don't show up when Relevant is selected. You have to choose ALL to see them and they are easily missed. I would think an inquiry is very relevant as it's potential revenue/booking.

  8. Current form only allows you to add additional fields. We should be able to edit the form to include/exclude certain information. For example, I would disable the flight information field since that's not relevant for me.

  9. When we managed around hundred properties and lots of
    reservations, we have seen that is easier to search a reservation by the
    name of the external id of the reservation.

    I found that we can search a reservation by the name of the guest in the
    pipeline. However, if he has some reservations or have the same name, is quite hard to figure it out. However, when I included the reservation number, any result showed up.

  12. I would like to customize my owner's statments and select how I want my commission calculated. It would be nice for property managers to apply their own logic to the report for the owner's commission column. I manually manipulate the data in excel and it would be nice to have some basic functionality in Hostfully that directly feed into the owner's statement.

    For example in my agreement with my owners, the commission is calculated off the rent minus platform fees. Each PM has a different arragement with owner so we need flexiblility in these statements. I spend a lot of…

  13. I use Financial Reports Export often for what is booked this year.
    The quick choices are THIS MONTH and LAST MONTH.
    I use THIS YEAR a lot so have to constantly choose the dates which isn't always quick as it refreshes between each choice.
    Can we have added a THIS YEAR and LAST YEAR quick option?

  16. As a company we only allow check in and check out on certain days, and that applies to all the properties we manage. We want to be able to change those settings once and apply it to all properties rather than updating each property individually.

  17. When you get an inquiry from Airbnb right now, there's no way to figure out which property or Airbnb account it comes from. When you sync multiple airbnb accounts, this gets to be a huge problem trying to track down inquiries. It would be great if you could see the same data that you see post-booking on the right hand side (dates, property name, etc)

  18. At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

  20. Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?
