Opt-out of lead assignment
As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments.

Run a job report for cleaner
I would like to run a cleaning report to see how many jobs were done in a period of time. Currently I have manually count the number of jobs on the calendar to see how many jobs have been done. This leaves a large margin for error.

Adjust booking lead time company-wide
Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.

Display full name of listing (Calendar view). Listings w/ long/similar names look same
As a Property Manager, I would like to be able to see the full name of all my listings in the calendar view. Listings with long names (especially if the name starts with the same words) all look the same on the calendar and are impossible to differentiate.
The PMP requires clicking on the visible part of the name to view the full name, which adds lots of work.
Clicking on every single listing name to view which listing I'm looking at is a big waste of time.

One-time use discount codes
Please allow the option to make one-time use discount codes. This means that it is a specific code that only can be used one time by one person. For instance if you want to give someone a special discount code that you don't want them sharing with all their friends or the whole internet. It is used once and can't be used again.

Keep last choice as default in "show active properties only" section of properties tab
Currently the platform doesn't keep the last choice as default in the property section of the website. When choosing to “show active properties only” the property manager has to make that choice every single time they log back on to the site, rather than just keeping that default.

All in one statement showing final monthly result.
I want to send a statement to all owners at the end of each month. So I want the income and expenses to show and the owners adjustments to come off the rental income. I also want the owners adjustments which recur every month to be able to stay in the template and I fill out the amount each month. Some items stay the same of course. Right now it appears that we have to create an owners adjustment for every item every month. Is this correct?
I'm looking for essentially a spreadsheet with income and expenses for the owner…

It would be great if we could pull the custom data fields added to the pre-arrival form through either the leads API endpoint or any endpoint really.

Airbnb - Add non-refundable discounts
Airbnb has launched adding a non refundable discount to a cancellation policy - https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2600/offer-a-nonrefundable-option - this is not currently supported by Hostfully and we would like the option to add this discount in.

Improve booking financials in Owners Portal
Owners often want to know financial information about bookings on demand. I am requesting an additional toggle on/off setting in the Owner tab of the Property page so agencies can choose whether this information shows on the Owners Portal calendar or not.

Faster way to switch between properties under an individual property page
When looking at an individual property page some kind of dropdown or selection bar that allows users to switch between properties without having to go back to the property page would be very helpful. It would also be nice to see the name of the property when editing settings.

Extend custom data in pre-arrival form
I really need an option to add custom data for the pre-arrival form which I can specify if the data is mandatory or not. Also it would be nice if it was possible to specify if the data is per reservation or per guest.
I.e. I need to be able to collect passport number and nationality for each guest in the reservation.

Owner blocks should be recognized as a reservation
Right now owner blocks do not appear in Breezeway at all--the dates look like they are not being used by anyone. If Breezeway recognized owner blocks I could set up cleanings to automatically schedule after an owner stay, and my housekeepers would know they need to complete the cleaning prior to the owner arrival in a timely way.
It's because the owner blocks are just blocks, not reservations from which other integration software can pull the information.

'All Properties' widget should default to 'No units available for your selected dates'
Currently if a guest searches that 'all properties' widget and there is nothing available for their dates, they are invited to submit a request for a quote form. What? They should receive instead a message that says there are no dates available for their stay and either - be given a selection of available units for adjacent weeks, OR simply be directed back to a calendar to change their dates. We had to take this off our website because it was just so awful to deal with people thinking their submitting quote requests for dates that are clearly not available.

Allow System and Custom Templates to be sent Manually.
I saw that there was a similar request which was marked completed because SOME messages can be RESENT from the Message Log.
However, I would like to be able to send Templates manually INITIALLY.

Stay details "extra notes" field to the logistics report
Hi guys. It would be great if we could add the extra notes field to the logistics report. Some check ins/outs or services require that extra bit of information and having it show at a quick glance in the weekly report would save us a lot of time instead of having to comb through every booking just in case we missed it.

Logistics Reports for each property rather than all lumped together
It would be great to be able to quickly create a logistics report for each property, or each owner, so that we can easily provide that info to outside suppliers or clients who are not tech savvy (all of mine!).
If you could add a sort filter like you have on the Financial Reports section that would solve it :)

IMPORTANT Reporting problem - bookings are transfered to the next month - wrong analytics and reports
For example, if the bookings are going from June 25th to July 14th then the whole bookings are being imported to the June report.
So that would show that from June 30 days I have guests for 42 nights.
The solution: if the booking is going from one month to another take that booking total price and divide by the number of nights to get the nightly rate and split it to each of the days.
Super important for our business because we have to do reports monthly for all our clients and all reports and KPI's are wrong at…
