Ability to add Custom Rules from VRBO. There is a Custom Rules Section in VRBO and we can put it there but Hostfully overrides that. We want a way for the Custom Rules not to be overridden by Hostfully in VRBO.

Give the ability to manually put a guest into the system and then assign them to a specific unit to optimize occupancy.

Show more than the next 3 days check-ins in mobile app homepage check-ins
pipeline tab in mobile app, the upcoming checkins is helpful but it only shows 3 ddays out which isnt helpful. I'm typically looking weeks out for all my bookings making sure everything is paid and all rental agreemtnets have been signed.

Revise guest portal invitation process
My Guests usually encounter an error when they click on the link to view their reservation details. As it turns out, it's because they haven't claimed their Hostfully account (to log in to the Guest Portal).
As a guest, I should be able to register for guest portal access from the Booking Payment Confirmed email template if iI don’t have an account already so that I can access the link to view the reservation details.

Front-End Interface Anomaly: Redundant Rendering of Navigation Bar in Web Application
There is a duplicated navigation bar element in the DOM structure of a web application. This duplication is evident as redundant HTML elements, particularly within a div element tagged with classes sc-bkldj bgNFhC, leading to a repeated header element that includes navigation links and branding images.

Implement Airbnb Resolution Center API
I'd like to receive all financial updates on Airbnb bookings from the Airbnb Resolutions Center on the order in Hostfully so financials can be in synch for bookings and reporting.
Problem Statement:
Right now, if a guest is refunded or funds are collected from a guest using the Airbnb resolution center, then Hostfully does not receive that information for updating bookings and therefore Reporting. This causes a gap in reporting and makes it hard to reconcile.

Dashboard should provide more useful information
On the summary, we should be able to see check-ins and check-outs information for the day and next couple of days. Why do I have the info (see photo) check in today, posted 3 days ago? This is a past event and should not appear. Make a lot of confusion.
It should similar or what Airbnb offers.
Besides that, info for check in and check out, should be shown with different colors, to be easier to identify.2 votes -

I want to put a map on the direct booking site page. Customers are looking for a varied number of places however the page does not give that option except to do a search by city.

Update Dashboard userflow of processing new leads
Currently when a new inquiry comes into my Dashboard, I click on the assign to me button and I get redirected to the Pipeline where I can take a follow up action
Or, if it's a new booking request, I click on the 'review' button and I get redirected to the Inbox where I can pre-approve / approve / decline. This is not very consistent in terms of userflow.
As a PM, I need to process new leads more efficiently: review/assign/take action, all this without leaving the dashboard page and optionally applying actions in bulk.6 votes -

Pricing calendar on Mobile
We'd love to see the Pricing and details like min stay, etc. on Mobile app, like the Web ver.

Since emails are not provided in Airbnb leads, so it keeps error when we send "Checkin instruction" every time on Pipeline.

Sort jobs in the Service Provider Portal so that soonest job is at the top of the screen
Allow jobs in the Cleaners Portal to be sorted so that the soonest job appears at the top of the screen. Our cleaners have many jobs and its a pain for them to have to scroll to the bottom of the each each time. Thanks

Service Provider calendar only displays assigned jobs
It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.
Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.
3 votesWith our new Service Hub , only jobs that are assigned to you will show on your calendar! This will help avoid confusion with seeing other jobs related to the property that aren't yours.

Calendar's "Today" should be more prominent
The "today" vertical line, should be darker or a different color. It would be easier to have it highlited to see check ins and outs.
