  1. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  2. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

  3. Pm provide us with the followibn details on their idea>

    Your documentation says that you are integrated to Dropbox Sign which is not correct, according to them. I am looking for a way to have my agreements signed and initialed (after certain paragraphs) before a rental agreement is finalized. Your current method will only collect a final signature. Signatures and Initials (both) make the form more legal.

    For legal reasons I would like the to be able to initial key sections of the agreement.

While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  5. Property managers often encounter last-minute bookings where guests check in on the same day the booking is made. In such cases, there are typically two triggers:

    1/ An instant trigger for the event of NEW_BOOKING,

    2/ A time-based event trigger for BEFORESTAYSTARTS, which allows to fire after the check-in time.

    However, when both events are scheduled for the same time, there is currently no hierarchy or guarantee on the order in which these triggers will fire. As a result, the BEFORESTAYSTARTS trigger might send a message before the NEW_BOOKING event, leading to confusion and operational inefficiencies.

  8. I am interested in setting up a system where travel agencies and other external partners can earn a commission (for example, 3%) for referring guests directly to our properties managed through HostFully. This would be separate from any internal programs currently offered by HostFully.

  9. Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.

    Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

  14. This seems a ginormous oversight on the part of Hostfully, which could be very easily fixed - by not pooling together Fee / Service / Resolution adjustments into the one variable "Fee adjustment", and instead having a separate variable for each so they can be pulled in report separately.

  15. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.
