Promo codes without expiration, and with a specified minimum stay.
Two separate asks I suppose:
(1) Ability to create a code without an expiration date
(2) Configure codes for a minimum night stay so that we can tier offers (ex 10% off when you stay 3 nights, 20% off for 10 nights)

need to have codes only valid if for a specified number of nights or greater. example, the code only works when they select X nights or greater. number of nights are validated during the booking process. 'X' nights is defined in the promo code setup.

Not sure if this is the same thing. I'd like to have the ability to apply a discount to the invoice and it shows as a line item, eg -10%, -25% so that guests can clearly see that a discount has been applied.
