Allow full Security Deposit collection at booking even when % due at reservation is less than 100%
Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.
Example:
If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

This would be helpful to remove a hiccup or bump in the road of automatic refunds. If the first payment collected is not at or more than the security deposit, the automatic refund errors out. Leaving room for missing a refund until a guests calls asking here it is.
