We need to have notifications sent to hosts when the guest has not signed the rental agreement. We have signature on the rental agreement as a requirement before check in details with the door code can be sent but there is no notification if it doesn't get signed. We want to eliminate the issue of a guest showing up to the property with no way to start their stay. This seems like a simple thing, if it isn't signed, there should be a warning message sent to the host 5 days prior to the stay so we can reach out to the guest, or have the ability to warn the guest several times prior to their stay automatically that the entry details are not able to be sent until the rental agreement has been signed.
