Mid Term Rental
For mid-term rentals, it would be helpful if the system could manage monthly billing automatically without requiring staff to create a new booking each month. This would allow invoices to be sent on a monthly basis while keeping the stay tied to a single booking, reducing manual work for property managers and bookkeeping.

creating a new booking each month is not an acceptable workaround in this market with managers having to offer both short, mid and long term stays our software needs to allow for this data input and outputs in our reporting
