The biggest STR booking site in the world has made a very simple change to eliminate useless information and friction from their booking widget.

It is my opinion that this change reflects a more modern, guest sensitive and reduced friction booking experience that has been proven by the best in the business. AirBnB tested the option for a year and have now gone to "All fees included" pricing. I cleared all cookies and AirBnB now presents the the all fees include pricing without option, because it was proven as a preferred option.

I am requesting that we offer the option to do as AirBnB does today. Add a setting to our booking widget for Boostly or others that will present the guest shopper with a bundled "Nightly Rate."

The "Nightly Rate" = Rent and all fees included. The simplified widget will present

-Tax
-Total
-Security Deposition and payment section
