When adding a new rule, I should have the ability to set a start and end date for what dates I want this rule to be applied, to which channel it should be applied, and for how long should I allow this rule to run.

For example. If I want to run a last minute discount for a specific month (which could be my low or high month for the year which is 6 months from now), I need to remember to add the rule, and then remember to remove the rule. I also can't setup for which dates the rule applies. I can only say how long before arrival.
