Custom Chat Widget Support
Allow agencies using the white label to add their own custom chat widget alongside Hostfully’s existing support widget.
This will Provide the ability to embed a third-party/custom chat widget within the white label app interface. Ideally:
The agency’s custom chat widget would appear on the left-hand side
Hostfully’s support widget would remain available on the right-hand side
This would allow property owners to:
Contact the agency directly for business strategy, operational questions, or account-related support
Continue contacting Hostfully directly for platform-specific technical support
Improving communication between agencies and property owners
