Add event "Refund" in the custom trigger event list
Now we refund the security deposit manually, but the system template is only for auto-scheduled Security Deposit transaction, so we would like to notify the manual refund transaction.
It would be great if we can have an event "Successful Refund" in the custom trigger event list.
