Risk / flag score
Add in the pipeline a status for the screening result to know if it's approved, flaged or rejected.
It's important for PMs to have an easy way to identify the status of the screening, this way they can avoid having to enter to each reservation, go to the screening tab and looking into the status. Having the status in the pipeline will save time for them
