Require phone number for inquiries/leads
Currently, guests can submit an inquiry without providing a phone number. For our sales process, we need to collect a phone number at the lead stage so we can call the guest and close the booking. Right now, phone numbers can only be enforced after a booking is completed. This makes it difficult to follow up with leads who don’t leave contact details. Feature request: This would help us capture contact details earlier and improve lead conversion.
