Add name of Hostfully user who sent the message to messages in inbox
Customers with large teams of agents would find it useful to be able to know which Hostfully user/team member sent or replied to a specific message in the inbox, for visibility of who dealt with a certain query for follow ups internally. If this could be displayed in the current area underneath the message that would be great , image shared for clarity , current format just shows the agency name , an additional user name would go alongside this in our suggestion.
