Ability to not include automated messages in the inbox.
There should be an option to exclude automated messages showing in the inbox as I struggle to keep on top of the messages that need answers to them, these don't as they are automated. You don't need to keep on top of them as they are automated to go - you do however need to answer guest messages.

YES! This is so frustrating, I miss many guests messages because my automated messages go out after the guests sends there but before I'm able to read it and reply.
