AI Guest Response Generator That Learns Your Voice
I recently switched to Hostfully from another PMS, and one feature I really miss from that platform is an AI response generator. It learns your tone, personality, and communication style over time, so suggested replies actually sound like you—not like generic AI-generated guest messages.
Having AI-generated response suggestions directly within the inbox would be a huge time-saver, especially for hosts and property managers handling lots of guest communication. Ideally, it would learn from your previous messages, guidebook, and other unique documents, so the suggestions become increasingly personalized to your voice.
Would love to see Hostfully add something like this!
