Option to filter unread GUESTS communications ONLY not unread messages.
Option to filter unread guests communications not just unread messages.
Guests communications get lost after automated messages are sent, as those are viewed as unread messaged in the unified mailbox.
I miss to many guest messages because of my automations and its frustrating.
