Associates Service providers - to have access to the calendar and be assigned to properties like associates.
Regarding associates - my cleaning team are all set as associates, as they need a full view of the calendar. Ideally they also need access to the service provider portal so they can mark jobs as done. It is my understanding it is either or - correct? It does not make sense for them to have to accounts and logins. Can you add this a a suggestion? We either need associates to have the option to view jobs created and mark them as complete OR service providers to have access to the calendar and be assigned to properties like associates.
For example, I want to crate a job for each clean so they can mark is as done so they do not need to constantly text.
