  3. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  4. This will help customers accounting people that ask for an itemized report, majority of pms like FIDELIO, ROOMMASTER AND ETC. THE BIG PLAYERS ON THE MARKET can do this, it will help me sell it also to another company or hotel. I can see it on the view and it break it down rent daily, but i can not add it on the receipt.   8. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  10. When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.

  11. How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?

    For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

  13. When viewing the lead modal via a browser on a mobile device, it is not mobile-friendly. The buttons for View Order, Create a Job, and Message are overlapping the x icon to close the lead modal, making it difficult to close the lead modal or click on any of those action buttons.

  15. Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

  16. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  17. When altering an Airbnb special offer booking from Pipeline, alteration (by choosing 1 more nights) kinda reset calculation to default ones, which is higher then the original quote guest books.

    This will cause confusion to guest as they see the price is way much higher than it should and possibly guest can cancel. So when altering a special offer, the original quote should remain plus the additional rent for extra nights added which would be more helpful.

  18. I would like to request the ability to transfer payments between bookings. We recently had an issue where a guest had to be moved to a different property. We need a feature that allows us to transfer the payment from their original, canceled booking to the new one.

  20. The filter function for pipeline under "properties", create a drop down list that allows you to click multiple properties to filter by, not just 1 at a time!

    Or - add the "property tag" filter option.

    Either way, I want to be able to filter out properties that I do not manage so only my properties are shown in the pipeline.

    As a large company with several managers we are currently unable to filter out each others' properties, so leads/inquiries get lost on the pipeline...
