Have a cleaning fee option under VRBO
I recently looked at the details of a guest's fees who booked through VRBO. Instead of stating "cleaning fee" it said admin fee. I went to change it on Hostfully and realized there is not a drop-down box for cleaning. Can Hostfully add it as I know VRBO does allow cleaning fees.

Hide guest name from Service Provider's calendar
Ability to hide guest's name from Service Provider calendar as I see it's not necessary for them to see that.

DBS-only discounts
Regarding codes or discounts I'll try to explain again. So I'm interested only for Hostfully direct website. By Croatian law we must have the same price listed as in our price list in the accommodation but we can give as much discounts as we want. So for all other channels I already did that but I don't know how to do it in Hostfully. So on direct booking site I need to have the same price as Airbnb for example and then discount. And I have different discounts for different properties. The easiest way would be that I can put…
1 voteHello. Discount codes already only apply to the DBS. So just create a discount code, and in your property description, just mention something like: "If you book on our direct booking site, you will be able to use the discount code XXXX".

Checkout and Checkin Instructions
It would be great if we can load check-in and check-out instructions for each property within the Property Settings. The existing Check-in instructions section is unusable as you cannot use variables within it. I would propose adding the option for variables to be inserted into Check-in Instructions and adding another section for checkout instructions that works the same way. . This would cut down significantly on the number of templates to create and triggers needed.

I want to be able to set up my customer support URL, privacy policy URL and terms of service URL for my Hostfully direct booking site through Hostfully. Stripe requires links to these pages.

Canceled bookings don’t show up in owners report
Include all revenue including canceled bookings in the owners statements when the money is being kept due to cancellation policy and not refunded.

Edit Hostfully default templates
Hostfully default template "Thanks for booking: booking confirmed" contain numbers, which will be removed on Airbnb Inbox, resulting in formatting issues. I want the default templates to work fine for all channels.

I would love a condition related to number of nights & nightly rates (less than, equal to, greater than).

Just create a custom template with all the variables (data) you need to receive by email. Then create a Trigger of type "Complex Condition", with event condition "When Pre-Arrival Form is submitted", and associate that template to this trigger.

Choose channels for Pricing Rules
We want to put weekly and monthly discounts in VRBO without ALSO sending it to Airbnb. In Airbnb we do it directly on the website
2 votesIf you want to use discounting directly on Airbnb's website and not send these pricing rules, please ensure the toggle on the feature for "Override Airbnb rules set" is off. This is found above the pricing rules on the pricing page.

If a neighborhood rips through a neighborhood, making contact with a guest via email isn't an effective way to contact all guests to evacuate.

Ability to continue to use Hostfully's unified inbox when properties are unlisted
We are applying for a permit with the city for one of our properties, and we are supposed to not be actively advertising throughout that process but we have active bookings we need to continue to communicate with.

Add the Rental Conditions as a mandatory field to agree to and sign when processing payments
We would prefer that the guest simply be forced to sign the rental agreement when they book —or— when they make their second payment.

Payment reminder (internally) to send balance requests
I would like to have the option to set a payment reminder internally so that I can remind myself to send the balance request email
3 votesThis already works this way. The system automatically sends the balance payment reminder to the guest, and the PM can choose to be CC'd on those messages.

Support updating guest’s email from Pipeline to “See all customers” list especially, Airbnb channel
When updating guest’s email from Pipeline / Lead view, it does not update in “See all customers” list. We have integration with MailChimp which is great and can support us a lot on marketing purpose, but sometimes I still need to correct the email address, especially for Airbnb guests and I have to update it directly in Hostfully.
However, the issue is mentioned as above. So if it’s supported to update guest’s email, it would be great.

Add hold event for trigger
When I look at the triggers there is no trigger for Hold or Hold reminder in the picklist.
We want to use that because we work in multiple countries so we can send the specified email.
1 voteWe already have a system template for Holds - which is why the system does not expose a trigger. You can toggle the Hold templates and have them in different languages, so the system will automatically choose the right language.
