Hey Aaron! Thanks for your idea. At the moment, to see the trigger associated with which property, you can go to Templates & Triggers > Triggers > check the column "Property".
Just to clarify, are you saying that it would be better if there's a tab/section in the Property Settings page which shows which triggers are being associated?

Hi Shalom, thanks for your feedback.
As far as I know, the promotion tab in Airbnb still works even when you're connecting your listings via full synchronization with Hostfully. This means that you can edit the Weekly/Monthly discounts directly on Airbnb. Can you help double-check it?
For other fields that are greyed out on Airbnb, kindly note that once you connect your listings via full sync with Airbnb, you will need to edit them directly in Hostfully. We have the feature of Airbnb Booking Request Auto-responses and you might want to refer to this help article: https://help.hostfully.com/en/articles/4623220-airbnb-booking-request-auto-responses
For creating customized listing link, it's currently not mapped in the integration because the field is unavailable. Once Airbnb allows, it's our best interest to build this feature. A temporary workaround is to switch your listings to Partial (Limited) Sync so that you can edit this directly on Airbnb.

Thanks for your idea, Waco Vacation Rentals team! At the moment, you can only connect to ONE VRP (use one account for all listings) and that's why the option to connect it on the property level isn't available. We appreciate your feedback and will consider this improvement for future developments.

Hi Martin!
Thanks for your idea of manually resending a confirmation email to guests. I believe that you're referring to the option to send directly in the Pipeline.
While it's not an available option, for now I would suggest 2 ways to resend the confirmation to your guests (when you change the dates, etc):
1. You can send it directly in the Inbox. Simply create a template with the desired variables (such as [$LEAD_CHECKIN$] / [$LEAD_CHECKOUT$] to give guests the new date change) and in Inbox, click on the black rectangle icon to choose the template to send to guests.
2. Create a trigger with the event "Booking Updated" for the above template to notify guests of changes.
I hope this helps!

Hi Steven! We've received your idea of adjusting the colours on the Direct Booking Site settings and will consider it for future developments.
At the moment, you can customize the Direct Booking Site by white-labelling it. These Help articles can be helpful:

Hi Laura! Thanks for your idea.
At the moment, the Discount codes are still working properly (guests apply the code when they book directly and the rent/taxes are calculated accordingly). In your scenario, it's a "discount" initiated from your end by manually inputting a negative amount to the order details.
By design, the way our calculation works is top-down, starting at the top and moving down to the bottom on a line by line basis. So there is Rent, with Taxes calculated based on Rent, and they both make up the Sub-total.
By the time it gets to the manually input negative amount, it's already past Rent / Taxes and at Sub-Total. The reduction will affect the Sub-Total only, not the Rent/Taxes themselves, which are already sealed in at this stage.
We will consider your feedback for future developments. For now, you can use it as is (input from the booking phase) and taxes will need manual editing.

Thanks for your feedback, Erin! We've received it and will consider this improvement next time we work on the Guidebooks platform.
As a workaround, you can quickly identify the cryptic link belonging to which Guidebook by clicking on it.

Thanks for your idea, Erin. We've received it and will consider your feedback next time we work on improving the Guidebooks platform.
As a workaround, you can download the PDF file of the Guidebook, then convert it to Word to edit and add page breaks as desired.

Hi Nicole! Thanks for your feedback. Looks like you want a warning message when minimum stay is not met. We will consider this improvement for future developments.
Users are able to manually add bookings with nights lower than the min stay in the system. In the meantime, to see if the bookings meet the minimum stay or not, we suggest utilizing the Pipeline. You will see the number of nights of the bookings right next to their check-in/-out date. If the number of nights is highlighted in Red, this means that the minimum stay is not satisfied for the property.
