Create an option to delete stored government ID information collected through the pre-arrival form after say, 6 months.Some guests are expressing unease about uploading government ID. I don't want to abandon that requirement but give them assurance that it isn't stored for ever

allow not to screen known people
Have the availability to decide not to screen known guests who already stayed with the PM in the past, or to avoid doing screening for family or close friends

Ability to retry checking the guest with the Invalid Email Flag on the Guest's Screen and Protect.
Currently, Screen and Protect cannot re-verify guests with invalid email addresses, even after the booking information has been corrected.
It would be beneficial to have the option to retry verifying guests flagged with an invalid email on the Guest's Screen and Protect.

Exclude test reservations from Screen & Protect charges
I don't want to get charged for test reservations when using Screen and Protect.

Risk / flag score
Add in the pipeline a status for the screening result to know if it's approved, flaged or rejected.
It's important for PMs to have an easy way to identify the status of the screening, this way they can avoid having to enter to each reservation, go to the screening tab and looking into the status. Having the status in the pipeline will save time for them

upload guest ID
being able to screen guests' ID, not only email and phone numbers, since the PM wants to know who is really staying
