This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

  4. Hey All,

    Just suggesting a very small improvement but it will help us a lot to build owner/property yearly 1099 statement & form.

    Add new adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENTS", the reason is improvements add value to the property in other hands repair/maintenance are just an expense.

    with that new type will be very easy to build that breakdown and help our clients to do their tax report properly and it's a small change without breaking any prior functionality.

  8. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  9. It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

  10. In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

  11. Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

  12. I want to be able to pay utilities every month automatically through Hostfully. For one house, I have to pay 2 bills on a monthly basis, i.e electricity and internet). I want to control when it is paid and also edit the card details on the monthly payment. I want to connect the DEWA and etisalat accounts to Hostfully for monthly payments (these are the 2 firms to which I make utility payments)

  16. When the payment is sent to Booking.com guests from Hostfully, it goes broken in BDC so guests fail to proceed the payment.

    a workaround (ask guest to copy and paste) is not really ideal and not user-friendly so I prefer to have the link works when guests click on BDC inbox.

  17. The product release notes are already published on Hostfully's website, so it seems like it should be easy to set up a subscription button that pushes update notifications out as soon as they're posted.

  20. Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…
