The ability to create discount codes that last a specific number of days or months.
Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

Update check-in/check-out time in PMS when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out via Guidebook Marketplace
Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

Improve notes feature on reservations - Timestamps, saving notes to guest profile
At present, the reservation notes feature is extremely limited in Hostfully. Here are a couple of things that would greatly improve this feature from a UX standpoint.
Timestamping/logging notes - Currently notes are simply typed into an active text box in the reservation popup (under the "Internal Guest Notes Tab). These notes do not include a record who who made them or when, and are are easily changed/deleted, without any record of the change being made. Access and edit guest reservations from "Guest Profile"
Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.
Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)
However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.
If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.

Rental Agreement
Possibility to send the rental agreement for direct bookings. Now we have to edit the path to send the agreement. Should have an easier way to do so.

Make jobs show up within the export calendar iCal feeds, similar to how bookings show up
I'm hoping to be able to use an external service like ResortCleaning which will read the Hostfully iCal but right now jobs aren't showing up within the iCal export.

The ability in addition to discount codes to offer BOGOF type deals - Ie during X week of December by 3 night vacation and get 1 night free. So on and so forth.

Provide more options of Roles within Hostfully for your team
Currently hired our web developer to build out our direct booking website. The only option where I can have them access the Direct Booking Website setting and White Labelling settings are if I assign them to Manager...
However, it does not feel right that the only way to provide access is to give as much access and responsibility as we do for them to only access what they need.

Allow $0 AND NEGATIVE owner adjustments
We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.
Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.
We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

Initial Fields Within the Rental Conditions
Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.
And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

Variable Data Support for "Discount Code" Used Inside Inquiry / Booking form on the Direct Hostfully Booking Site
We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

Navigation
To reduce the number of clicks, and back/forth navigation, it would be optimal to have a left navigation pane on the PMP so that the user doesn't have to click on the drop-down menu each time we want to go into another category. Idea from: str@nopaliproperties.com
