  1. In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

  2. Adding a notes section for reservations in the Owner Portal so owner's can see in real time notes from PM whether it's changed 5 minutes before the reservation or 1 day before, etc.

  3. I would like to adjust those following:

    On the page where guest enters their credit card information, it says at the bottom: "To cancel your reservation please email {email} or call {phone number}. Can we please remove this? Don't think it's necessary to talk about cancellations before they even book.

    1. On the page where guest enters their credit card information, the CTA is "place your order". Can we please change this copy to reflect STR e-commerce best practices? "Place your order" is more appropriate when the customer is buying a physical product to be sent to their home...doesn't fit for…

  4. I have a lot of Rules I add one at a time in the Rules section (bottom) of the Fees & Policies on each property.
    Sometimes I want to change the order they show up or just edit one...
    There is no way to do this.
    I have to delete them all and add them all back.
    Feature request is:
    1) Edit existing Rules
    2) Rearrange the order or Rules

  5. As a PM, I need to disconnect the property from Hostfully to change the Airbnb listing’s address as Specific or General. The option to change it is in Airbnb is greyed out when connected to a property management software. We should be able to choose this in Hostfully.

  8. System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.

    We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

  9. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

  11. It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.

  12. It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.

    Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.

  14. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  17. Best-case scenario would be ai drafts a reply and sends to the appropriate team member (filtered by star). The team member could click accept to post the review reply easily, or edit and then post directly from the pushed notification (within hostfully, or within email, or whatever made sense).

  18. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that
