Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

  5. For now, the system only has feature to refund SD automatically. We'd love a feature to issue refund for cancelled reservations automatically based on the cancellation policy set, like other channels Airbnb or Vrbo.

  6. Once a guest places a booking, there's a message popping up: "Now, you can check your booking details and prepare your trip, start your free Hostfully account"

    That’s strange wording, even for users using the out-of-the-box website (e.g Boostly).

    the guest doesn't really know or care about "Hostfully" and that Hostfully goal is to support PM customers in enhancing the brand, not trying to compete with PMs to "own" the guest Please remove that language.

  7. I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

  8. When Property Manager views payment details, please provide a breakdown of the Stripe Fees (the ones from Stripe/Hostfully).

    We can not display Stripe fees in the order details, because we do not have this information until the payment is made. The fees can be shows in the Enhanced Reports though, included in the processing fees for the booking.

  9. Integrate with Swimply, a pool rental app for hourly rentals that would sync with the STR calendar. For those of us who have properties with pools, this could be a great way to capture hourly rentals just for the pool.

    Thank you. We suggest you talk to Swimply and suggest to them that they integrate with our platform using our APIs. 95% of our integrations are actually done by the partner and not by us, so it's important you communicate your interest for an integration to them. Thanks for suggesting.

  10. System template “Rental Agreement Notification” was sent automatically from email platform.hostfully but did not record in Inbox. Then guest replied to that message and it did not go to Inbox neither.

    We are depending more and more on communicating via the Hostfully Inbox. But if automated send templates are not in there it’s hard to keep track in the communication thread.

  11. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

  12. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  13. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  19. I have one master and 2 sub units.

    For the majority of the booking window, I only want the master to be bookable while keeping the two subs totally blocked. If the master hasn't been booked and we're under 2 weeks from the stay date, that is when I'll unblock the two subs and have those be bookable.

    Currently this needs to be done manually.
