This would be very valuable! Currently, I have messaging in place before and right after check-out requesting guests to leave me a 5-star review. However, not everyone does it. And it's a manual process for me to see which of my guests haven't left a review in the few days after checking out and then, for those who haven't, I reach out to them via text/phone/email asking them to leave a review. Would be great to be able to automate this final request.
