Booking updated trigger to indicate exactly what was changed
At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.
We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

Filter leads response by source / status / creation date
We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.
Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.
It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
1. Filter leads by sources.
2. Filter leads by statuses.
3. Filter leads by date created before / after.

Add language selection for a template in Inbox
In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

Create extra condition in TRIGGER so you can tell system NOT to send IF something has already been received.
In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.
It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.

Keep booking data of deleted properties
When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.14 votes -
Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

More user-friendly error messages for channel sync issues
At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Reservation Updates DATA
It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.
(i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)
Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

Support seasonal cancellation policies
VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

Description field only for Airbnb
I would like to have a description field only for Airbnb to have the 500 characters limit there and maintain the description field for the rest of the channels so it doesn't affect the description

Support more rooms (backyard, kitchen, exterior,...) other than bedrooms and common spaces in Where you'll sleep.
If a listing was imported from Airbnb to Hostfully, these room types (Backyards, Kitchens, Pool,...) were already there before and we'll be able to find them from the dropdown list. But for properties created from Hostfully then synced with Airbnb, for now, the system hasn't supported to add other room types except for Common spaces and Bedrooms yet.

Add more information in the confirmation email of service purchases
As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

Add internal notes fields in the owner and service provider sections under property settings
"Notes" or "Additional Information" fields in such areas as Edit Provider, Owner under Edit Properties, etc. Other fields that would be helpful here would be an additional phone field (Office vs. Cell). Website address would also be nice.
These fields would be to enter useful information on provider services, hours, etc.
Likewise, for the Owner tab, entering additional information on multiple owners, owner requests, etc13 votes -
