  1. For some reason the software has erased all previous pricing on all my calendars. I manually price my calendars and it is vital information for me to see what rates and prices I got booked at. I frequently look back on previous years and rates to see what I booked at for a specific week or weekend or month to determine my pricing for the upcoming calendars. I desperately need hostfully to not erase my previous manual pricing on previous dates. Please vote with me to go back to the way it was so we can all track our pricing…

  5. Jane from Papagayo Luxury rentals would like a way to send a calendar report to agents that also includes the name of the reservation holders. The primary use case is to share availability with those who are not using the PMP. Ideally she could adjust the date range to show multiple months, and also specify certain properties (with tagging).

  10. On the summary, we should be able to see check-ins and check-outs information for the day and next couple of days. Why do I have the info (see photo) check in today, posted 3 days ago? This is a past event and should not appear. Make a lot of confusion.
    It should similar or what Airbnb offers.
    Besides that, info for check in and check out, should be shown with different colors, to be easier to identify.

    This is available on the app on the single property calendar view.

    You'll see price & min stay per night there.

    You can even update price & min stay by applying a long press on any day, and change the values from there.

  13. Currently, owner's only have visibility to their calendars as far as what is occupied. A lot of my owners have requested to see the reservation details (ie: channel, total fees, etc). We would love for the owners to have more reservation details visible on their owner portal.

Currently, even when there is a message send failure, it shows as sent in the mobile app. This got us in trouble a few times when we looked at the app and assumed messages had gone through, but then we logged into the desktop version, and we saw that it had the red box around the message saying it had not been delivered. It's honestly hard to rely on the mobile app for much of anything except checking for booking notifications because we can't sms, whatsapp, or use templates either.

  15. Currently, you can create a block on the App. However, it is very glitchy and we have trouble actually creating a block on the calendar. Secondly, it would be fantastic if we could modify a block or remove a block from the app. The app does not allow any editing or cancelling of a block until you get back to desktop.

  16. Currently we can only enable lead auto-assignment to booking agents.
    This feature does not work if my team is only made of managers.
    Ideally I should be able to select any team member I want to auto-assign leads to, and this per property.

  17. 'Duplicate' button for recreating a custom report that may need to be duplicated. This is an easier customer experience than our current process of using the URL and replacing text within that URL to duplicate a report. Some of are not tech savvy and we need to consider this when making a process for user's to follow. The current process is too development minded and it can be simpler and more customer focused.

  20. Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.
