Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

100% what's the point in having a second email if it cannot send emails to the guest- we should have 1- primary is the first email we get when guest books - and the secondary is the guest's direct email - in this case, all communication goes to the guest BDC pulse email and the direct email - This is a super easy fix it's a simple code
